The "Annual Provincial Rural Crime Watch Association Poster Contest" is a competition that is supported by the Boyle Rural and Districts Crime Watch Association. The communities competing in the Boyle district include:
Boyle, Grassland, Casland and Wandering River area.

Entries are broken down into two categories: Hand Drawn and Computer Generated. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners are declared in each category based on the best demonstration of crime prevention or crime awareness.

Entries first compete locally and winners are presented with monetary prizes. All local 1st place winning entries are sent to the Alberta Provincial Crime Watch Associate Poster Contest where the posters are reviewed and judged. The Provincial Association awards 1st place with a plaque and $65.00, 2nd place with a plague and $45.00, and 3rd place with a plaque and $30.00. 1st place provincial winners also get the honour of having their posters included in the Annual Rural Crime Watch Calendar.
